The rubber feed pusher small [RVSS] from Kemp is designed for efficiently pushing feed and is also suitable for moving manure, mud, and snow. The galvanized version provides extra protection against rust, making the machine highly suitable for use in moist and aggressive conditions. The RVSS is available in different versions and can be easily attached to a tractor or (mini) loader.
Advantages
The rubber feed pusher small (RVSS) is the compact version of the fully galvanized rubber feed pusher and is specially developed for use with smaller vehicles. The operation and construction are similar to the larger versions but tailored to lighter machines and smaller working widths.
The RVSS is hydraulically swiveling up to 70 degrees to the left and right. Due to this large swivel angle, the feed is effectively moved towards the feed fence, preventing accumulation.
The machine is equipped with two cylinders, providing sufficient power during swiveling and pushing the feed.
Construction
The RVSS is fully galvanized, making it resistant to moisture, manure, and other aggressive conditions. As a result, the machine is very suitable for intensive use in the barn.
The RVSS is built with a sturdy beam construction with a rubber strip mounted on a pendulum frame. Thanks to this construction, the rubber adapts to the surface and maintains good contact with the floor. This ensures even wear on the rubber and extends its service life.
Additionally, the RVSS is equipped with a heavy-duty, detachable pivot pin. This is the most stressed part of the machine and can be easily replaced in case of wear, contributing to a long lifespan.
Application
The RVSS is suitable for use with (mini) loaders, skid steer loaders, and forklifts with a maximum width of 1,600 mm and a maximum weight of 2,000 kg. This version is specifically tailored to lighter vehicles and smaller working widths.

Explanations for options:
VH: the feed pusher can be equipped with manually adjustable angles. These are adjustable up to 35 degrees relative to the beam, ensuring the feed stays closer to the rubber and is moved in the driving direction in a controlled manner.
VHV: this option reinforces the rubber in the corners, reducing wear and extending the rubber's lifespan. Only possible in combination with adjustable angles.
SV: the shock valve protects the feed pusher when contacting obstacles. If the pusher hits something, the valve ensures that pressure in the hydraulic system is absorbed and transferred to the other cylinder. This allows the pusher to move past the obstacle and significantly reduces the risk of damage to the machine.
GT: the check valve ensures that the pusher remains in position with vehicles with an open center position by blocking the oil flow.
SM: the damping controls the swiveling speed, allowing the hydraulic movement of the pusher to be more controlled.
