The rubber feed pusher standard (RVSAB) from Kemp is designed for efficiently pushing feed in the barn for vehicles wider than 1,600 mm. The machine ensures smooth and neat operation, allowing for easy and controlled work. The rubber feed pusher is available in various models and can be easily attached to the tractor, telehandler, or loader.
Advantages
The RVSAB can pivot hydraulically up to 70 degrees to the left and right. This large pivot angle effectively moves the feed towards the feed fence and prevents buildup.
The RVSAB is equipped with two cylinders, providing sufficient power during pivoting and feeding. Additionally, this rubber feed pusher features a heavy-duty pivot point with Teflon-coated bearing sleeves, ensuring smooth operation and a long service life.
Construction
The RVSAB consists of a sturdy beam construction with a rubber strip mounted on a swinging frame. This design allows the rubber to adapt to the surface and maintain good contact with the floor. As a result, the rubber wears evenly, extending its lifespan
The rubber strip has multiple mounting holes, allowing it to be flipped or lowered when one side is worn.
Application
The RVSAB is suitable for use with loaders, telehandlers, and tractors with a minimum width of 1,600 mm and a maximum width of 2,600 mm. The vehicle must weigh no more than 6,000 kg.
Version
The RVSAB is available in various widths, enabling the machine to be tailored to the vehicle and application. The RVSAB comes standard with interchangeable plates.
See the specifications section for more information and options.
The RVSAB is available in different types. The differences per type are shown in the table below.
| Types | Rubber width | Rubber height | Rubber thickness |
| RVSAB2555 | 2,500 mm | 500 mm | 50 mm |
| RVSAB2855 | 2,800 mm | 500 mm | 50 mm |
| RVSAB3255 | 3,200 mm | 500 mm | 50 mm |
In addition, the different types can be expanded with options, depending on the type of vehicle.
| Options | Description | Suitable for types |
| VH | Adjustable angles manually operated |
|
| VHV | Rubber reinforcement in the corner (only with adjustable angles) |
|
| SV | Shock valve for collision protection |
|
| GT | Check valve (open neutral position) |
|
| SM | Damping to control swiveling |
|
Explanation options:
VH: the feed scraper can be equipped with manually adjustable angles. These can be adjusted up to 35 degrees relative to the bar and ensure that the feed remains better near the rubber and is moved in the driving direction in a controlled manner.
VHV: this option reinforces the rubber in the corners, reducing wear and extending the lifespan of the rubber. Only possible in combination with adjustable angles.
SV: the shock valve protects the feed scraper when in contact with obstacles. When the scraper hits something, the valve ensures that the pressure in the hydraulic system is absorbed and transferred to the other cylinder. This allows the scraper to move around the obstacle and significantly reduces the risk of damage to the machine.
SM: the damping controls the speed of the swiveling, allowing the hydraulic movement of the scraper to be better controlled.
GT: the check valve ensures that the scraper remains in position on vehicles with an open neutral position by blocking the oil flow.
