The heavy rubber feed pusher (RVSXL) from Kemp is designed for efficiently pushing feed and is also suitable for scraping manure, mud and snow. Thanks to its heavy and robust construction, this pusher is highly suitable for intensive use and more demanding conditions. The rubber feed pusher is available in various configurations and easy to attach to a tractor, telehandler or (mini) loader.

Description Specifications

The rubber feed pusher extra large (RVSXL) is the heaviest version of the fully galvanized rubber feed pusher and is a heavier variant compared to the RVSS and RVSL. This version is designed for intensive use with large and heavy vehicles such as loaders, tractors, and telehandlers.

The RVSXL can hydraulically swivel up to 70 degrees to the left and right. Due to this large swivel angle, the feed is effectively moved to the feed fence and accumulation is prevented. This swiveling is made possible by two cylinders, which also provide extra force during feed pushing.

Construction
The RVSXL is built with a very heavy beam construction with a rubber strip mounted on a swiveling frame. Because of this construction, the rubber can adapt to the surface and maintains good contact with the floor. As a result, the rubber wears evenly, extending its lifespan.

Additionally, the RVSXL is equipped with a heavy pivot point with Teflon-coated bushings. This is the most stressed part of the machine and can be easily replaced in case of wear, contributing to a long service life.

To better handle the forces, a second pivot point has been added, providing extra stability and extending durability.

The RVSXL is standardly equipped with rubber reinforcements at the corners, limiting the bending of the rubber at the sides and reducing wear.

The rubber strip is standard 500 mm high and 50 mm thick and is equipped with multiple mounting holes, allowing it to be rotated or lowered when one side is worn out.

Application
The RVSXL is suitable for use with heavy vehicles such as loaders, tractors, and telehandlers. This version is designed for intensive use and larger working widths.

Execution
The RVSXL is available in various widths, allowing the machine to be tailored to the vehicle and application.

The RVSXL3455 and RVSXL3855 are standardly delivered with adjustable angles and rubber reinforcements. Additionally, the RVSXL2855 and RVSXL3255 are also available with a straight beam.

Explanation of options:

VH180: the feed slide can be equipped with manually adjustable angles with rubber reinforcement at the corners. These angles are adjustable up to 30 degrees, ensuring that the feed stays closer to the rubber and is moved in the driving direction more controlled. The rubber reinforcement reduces wear on the rubber and thereby extends its lifespan.

GT: the backflow valve ensures that the slide remains in position for vehicles with an open intermediate position by blocking the oil flow.

SM: the damping regulates the speed of the swing, allowing the slide's hydraulic movement to be better controlled.
