The hydraulic yard and road rubber scraper from Kemp Machines is designed for moving mud, manure, snow and other materials. Thanks to the hydraulic 45° swivel function to the left and right and the oscillating rubber blade, material is moved efficiently while rubber wear is kept to a minimum. The rubber blade is available in three versions for different vehicle categories.

Construction
The hydraulic yard and road rubber blade is fully galvanised and designed for intensive daily use. Thanks to the hydraulic 45° swivel function, the blade can be easily adjusted to the left and right. The oscillating rubber blade follows the ground accurately, ensuring even wear and maintaining good contact with the surface at all times.
The rubber blade comes standard with steel-reinforced rubber. This rubber is made from conveyor belt material and may therefore contain minor imperfections. Depending on the version, various options are available, such as a snow deflector, shock valve or pilot-operated check valve.
Versions
The hydraulic yard and road rubber blade is available in three versions: TenWS, TenWL and TenWXL.
The TenWS is designed for vehicles up to 2,500 kg. The 1,800 mm working width version is equipped with one cylinder. From a working width of 2,200 mm, the TenWS comes standard with two cylinders.
The TenWL is designed for vehicles from 2,500 kg and is suitable for intensive daily use.
The TenWXL is the heaviest version and is designed for vehicles from 6,000 kg. This version features a heavier-duty construction and comes standard with a shock valve, providing better protection against obstacles and pressure peaks.

Explanation of options:
GT: The check valve ensures that the blade remains in position for vehicles with an open middle position, by blocking the oil flow.
SV: The shock valve protects the feed blade upon contact with obstacles. When the blade hits something, the valve ensures that the pressure in the hydraulic system is absorbed and shifted to the other cylinder. This allows the blade to move past the obstacle and significantly reduces the chances of damage to the machine.
2-CIL: The TenWS1843 is standard equipped with one cylinder. With this option, the blade is equipped with two cylinders.
TenWS500: The TenWS is standard equipped with a rubber height of 400 mm. With this option, you can choose a rubber height of 500 mm.
SK650/800: Detachable extension mounted on top of the blade, with a height of 650 mm for extra capacity during sliding.
