Description

Construction
The fixed rubber blade with fork pockets is fully galvanised, providing excellent protection against corrosion and intensive daily use. The fixed 30° angle ensures that the material remains in front of the blade and can be moved efficiently.

All versions come standard with fork pockets with a length of 800 mm, allowing the rubber blade to be quickly and easily attached to a vehicle. The rubber blade is also available with solid rubber or rubber with steel reinforcement. The steel-reinforced rubber is made from conveyor belt material and may therefore contain minor imperfections.

Versions
The fixed rubber blade with fork pockets is available in two versions: RSVKSLI and RSVKLLI.

The RSVKSLI is the lighter version and comes standard with a 400 mm high rubber blade. From a working width of 2,650 mm, a 500 mm high rubber blade is also available.

The RSVKLLI is the heavier-duty version and is designed for intensive professional use. This version comes standard with a 500 mm high rubber blade, allowing larger quantities of material to be moved in a single pass. In addition, the rubber blade has multiple mounting holes, allowing it to be reversed or lowered when one side is worn. This extends the service life of the rubber blade.
