The triple weed brush can be attached to the (mini) shovel, (mini) crane, tractor, forklift, etc., as long as the minimum oil flow is 60 liters and the machine is equipped with a pressureless return.
For companies that maintain large areas, Kemp has developed the triple version. With this machine, large areas can be brushed faster thanks to the wide working width. The brushes rotate in the same direction, so debris is discharged to one side.
The triple weed brush is available as a fixed or hydraulically adjustable version. Using a hydraulic swivel function with the pivot near the vehicle allows for a wide range of swivel motion, 70 degrees to the left and right, enabling the weed brush to reach far outside the vehicle with good visibility of the brush. In cases of severe contamination, it is possible to maximize the swivel so that three brushes brush consecutively. This results in a more aggressive action and faster working speeds. The fixed version is suitable for attachment to a mobile crane with a rotary-tilt head.
Another advantage is that three brushes adapt better to uneven surfaces than one large brush, as both can adjust independently.

Options:
Rubber flap: The rubber flap ensures that weed debris does not scatter far. The rubber flap can be adjusted in multiple positions.
Electric operation: With the electric operation, rotation and swivel can be controlled with one hydraulic function.
Joystick with magnetic base and cable: This option is necessary for electric operation from the vehicle when no control function with three positions is available.
Ball valves: If there is one hydraulic function, ball valves can also be used for swiveling. By letting the brush rotate with the ball valves open, the brush will also swivel. When the brush is in the right position, close the ball valves to start brushing.
Pressureless return connection: If you expect to use the weed brush intensively, we recommend installing this option.
Pressure relief/ overrunning valve: For working pressures above 225 bar, a pressure relief device must be installed to prevent overloading. The overrunning valve is designed to relieve the hydromotor when suddenly stopping or reversing the brush's rotation direction.
