The hydraulic pivotable weed brush (OKBZ) from Kemp is developed for removing weeds. The hydraulically driven brush effectively removes weeds. The weed brush is suitable for (mini) loader, (mini) excavator, tractor, and forklift.
Advantages
This weed brush can be attached to the (mini) loader, (mini) digger, tractor, forklift, etc., provided the minimum oil flow is 25 liters. The OKB has one brush. The pivot point is positioned close to the vehicle. This allows for a large swing range, namely 70 degrees to the left and right, enabling the weed brush to extend far beyond the vehicle and providing good visibility of the brush. The hydraulic swing version uses two cylinders that move the brush under hydraulic pressure. - The brush can be operated with two hydraulic functions. - The diameter of the brush is 750 mm. Option 1000 mm (only with steel wire). For a 750 mm brush, there is a choice between (1) 76 bundles of steel leaf or (2) 36 bundles of steel wire. - Available with a brush made of steel leaf or steel wire. - Weight ± 200 kg. The single weed brush is available with mounting parts suitable for your vehicle (for the mounting parts, see the document Kemp mounting parts). For additional specifications, see the product specifications document. Options: 15-degree tilt: A new option has been designed for three-point and forklift attachments. This option allows the machine to tilt the brush 15 degrees. The brush can be adjusted 15 degrees both forward and backward. The advantage of tilting is that the brush can be used more aggressively. The 15-degree tilt of the weed brush can be operated mechanically or hydraulically. Rubber flap: The rubber flap ensures that weeds do not scatter far away. The rubber flap can be adjusted in multiple positions. Edge cutting blade: The edge cutter ensures that edges, such as those of a lawn, are cut cleanly. The edge cutting blade is equipped with obstacle protection by means of a heavy spring. Additionally, the blade is hydraulically foldable using a cylinder. Mounting on the right side. Electric operation: With electric operation, rotation and swinging can be controlled with one hydraulic function. Joystick with magnetic base and cable: This option is required for electric operation from the vehicle if it does not have a control function with three positions. Ball valves: If there is only one hydraulic function, ball valves can also be used for swinging. By allowing the brush to rotate with the ball valves open, the brush will also swing. Once the brush is in the correct position, you close the ball valves and start sweeping. Pressureless return connection: If you expect to use the weed brush intensively, we recommend installing this option. Overpressure/overrun valve: If the working pressure exceeds 225 bar, an overpressure must be installed to prevent overloading. The overrun valve is to relieve the hydraulic motor when stopping suddenly or changing the brush's rotation direction.
