The Kemp Adjustable Silage Pusher (VVB) is designed for efficiently pushing feed towards the feeding area in the barn. Thanks to its adjustable design, the machine can be easily adapted to different bucket sizes and wider tyres can be fitted if required. The machine is available in several versions and can be easily attached to a tractor, telehandler or (mini) wheel loader.

Construction
The Adjustable Silage Pusher (VVB) is built around a tractor tyre mounted on a galvanised star with wheel hub.
Because the tyres are mounted at an angle to the frame, they start rotating automatically as soon as they come into contact with the feed. This moves the feed efficiently towards the sides and the feed barrier.
The VVB features an adjustable construction in which the position of the wheel hub can be changed. This allows the machine to be adapted to different bucket widths and makes it easy to fit different or wider tyres.
Versions
The VVB is available in two versions:
VVBE: single version with one tyre. The tyre can be mounted on either the left or right side. When ordering, please specify on which side the tyre should be mounted.
VVBD: double version with two tyres. The advantage of this version is that both sides of the feed barrier can be pushed up in a single pass.
Attachment
The Adjustable Silage Pusher is suitable for use on wheel loaders, telehandlers and front loaders. The machine can be supplied with attachment hooks or prepared for bucket mounting. With the bucket mounting, the machine can be easily picked up with the bucket without leaving the cab.
Assembly
The Adjustable Silage Pusher is supplied fully assembled as standard. To reduce the purchase price, the parts can also be ordered separately. In that case, the components are supplied on a pallet and the silage pusher can be easily assembled by the customer.

Explanation of options:
HK: the angle line ensures that the machine can be firmly clamped in the bucket with the upper clamp. This prevents the machine from shifting or rotating during operation.
DVBB: the adjustable tube is mounted on the machine and enables secure clamping in a bucket with a cutting edge. This results in a stable attachment and prevents the machine from shifting or rotating during operation.
DVBA: this option equips the machine with a combination version. The machine is prepared for attachment parts, making it easy to mount these parts. Additionally, the machine is fitted with a fork insertion system, featuring box sections of 200*80*6 mm.
