The Kemp Single Silage Pusher Fixed (VBES) is designed for efficiently pushing feed towards the feeding area in the barn. Thanks to its simple and durable design, this model is ideal for livestock farmers looking for a reliable and long-lasting solution. The machine is available in several versions and can be easily attached to a tractor, telehandler or (mini) wheel loader.

Construction
The Single Silage Pusher Fixed (VBES) is built around a tractor tyre mounted on a galvanised star with wheel hub. This construction allows the tyre to rotate freely and move the feed easily towards the feed barrier.
Because the tyre is mounted at an angle to the frame, the feed is automatically pushed towards the feed barrier while driving.
This silage pusher is a fixed version and is not equipped with a cylinder. As a result, no hydraulic hoses are required and the machine can be used easily without leaving the cab.
Operation
For proper operation, it is important that the tyre extends slightly beyond the side of the vehicle. On vehicles narrower than 1,200 mm, the tyre is mounted centrally. On vehicles wider than 1,200 mm, it is positioned on the left or right side so that the feed is pushed effectively beside the vehicle.
For this reason, the vehicle width must be specified when ordering.
Attachment
The silage pusher comes standard with a rubber support foot, ensuring that the frame always remains upright and can be easily connected to a quick coupler.
The Single Silage Pusher Fixed is available with different attachment hooks and options, depending on the type of vehicle and application.
Versions
In addition to the standard version (VBES), several variants are available.
The VBESV is equipped with an adjustable tyre and interchangeable mounting plates for attachment hooks.
The VBESZ is the heavy-duty version and is equipped with a reinforced hub and a star with 6 spokes, making it suitable for heavier use.

Explanation of options:
BI: The bin-insertion option with angle iron consists of two components. The bin insertion allows the machine to be directly placed in the vehicle's bin without the use of attachments. The angle iron ensures that the machine can be firmly clamped in the bin with an upper clamp. This creates a stable attachment and prevents the machine from shifting or rotating during operation.
