The maize scraper (MS) from Kemp has been developed for leveling the maize silo. Thanks to its practical design, the maize can be evenly distributed for a neat silo. The maize scraper is available in two types with various options.

Construction
The maize spreader (MS) is built with a sturdy and robust construction featuring a strong sliding board, enabling maize to be easily and evenly distributed and leveled on the silo.
The maize spreader is equipped with a sliding board cut and bent from 10 mm thick steel, ensuring high strength and wear resistance during intensive use.
The maize spreader comes with a width of 2,750 mm and a height of 1,250 mm, with the sliding board featuring viewing slots for good visibility during operation.
The maize spreader is available in two versions: a short rigid version and a swiveling version.
The short rigid version is equipped with integrated lift arm and top link points, resulting in an extra short mounting. This keeps the machine compact and maneuverable during operation.
The swiveling version can hydraulically swivel 30 degrees to both sides, making it possible to easily move the maize to the side. By mounting the pivot point close to the three-point linkage, the machine remains well manageable and prevents the slider from easily hitting the silo wall.

Options explanation:
MSP: The maize pusher can be equipped with fixed side panels, which guide the maize better and minimize spillage along the sides during pushing.
MSVZ: With adjustable side panels, the working width of the maize pusher can be adapted to a maximum of 3,500 mm, allowing the maize to be better guided and moved.
