Silage scraper fixed (KSV)

The Silage scraper fixed (KSV) from Kemp is designed for efficiently pushing sand away from the silage clamp. Thanks to its fixed construction and long reach, the sand can be moved far away from the edge of the silage clamp. The silage scraper is robustly constructed, available in several lengths, and suitable for use with a wheel loader, telehandler, or tractor.

Construction
The Silage scraper fixed (KSV) is constructed from a heavy-duty box-section beam with a rubber strip at the end. This rubber strip prevents damage to the covering film while pushing the sand.

The centre of the silage scraper is positioned far from the centreline of the vehicle, allowing sand to be removed from far across the silage clamp.

The attachment hooks are welded directly onto the tube-section beam, creating a strong construction. The attachment hooks can be welded on both sides, allowing the machine to work both to the left and right. In this case, the attachment hooks are charged twice.

The KSV is equipped with a movable support leg. This allows the scraper to remain stable in an upright position and makes attachment easy. After use, the silage scraper can easily be placed back on the support leg.

Operation
During operation, the sand is pushed away from the silage clamp using the silage scraper. The long reach of the scraper makes it possible to push the sand further away from the silage clamp, reducing the number of manoeuvres required and allowing more efficient operation.

The Silage scraper fixed (KSV) is available in several lengths and versions.

The KSVS is suitable for mini wheel loaders, while the KSVL is suitable for larger wheel loaders.
