The rubber feed pusher with brushes from Kemp has been developed to keep both the feed alley and the surrounding area clean. By combining pushing and brushing, you work hygienically and efficiently, while feed and dirt are effectively removed. The rubber pusher is fully galvanized, available in various configurations and easy to attach to a telehandler or loader.
Advantages
The fixed rubber feed pusher with brushes makes it possible to both push and brush in one single pass. The ease of use and time savings make it the perfect choice for a clean and hygienic feed alley, contributing to a healthy environment for your animals.
Construction
The machine is built around a fixed rubber pusher. Two brushes are mounted on this rubber pusher. These brushes can be folded up hydraulically and are controlled by one hydraulic function. In addition, with the 6/2 valve option, the folding up to the left and right can be operated separately.
The pusher is supplied as standard with two nylon brushes with a diameter of approximately 750 mm. The brushes consist of individual brush elements that can be replaced separately. This means the complete brush does not need to be replaced, resulting in lower maintenance and wear costs.
The brushes are adjustable in width. When the brushes wear down, they can be moved outward to maintain the desired working width.
Configuration
The pusher is available in various widths, so the machine can be tailored to the vehicle and the application. The pusher is supplied as standard with wear plates.
