The mechanical rubber feed push-off (RVSMM) from Kemp is designed for efficiently pushing feed and can also be used for moving mud, snow, and leftover feed. Thanks to the mechanical adjustment, the push-off can be easily set in different positions, allowing for practical and controlled operation. The rubber feed push-off is available in various models and can be easily attached to a tractor, telehandler, or (mini) loader.
Advantages
The mechanical rubber feed scraper mini (RVSMM) is the compact version of the rubber feed scraper and specially designed for use with smaller vehicles such as a (mini) loader, skid steer loader, or forklift. Its operation is similar to the hydraulic models, but this machine uses mechanical adjustment instead of cylinders.
This rubber feed scraper is mechanically adjustable and can be set in five positions: straight ahead, 35 degrees, and 70 degrees to the left and right. This allows feed to be pushed towards the feed fence in a controlled manner without accumulating.
When the rubber feed scraper is in the extreme position, it hits a stop, making locking unnecessary (though possible). For working straight ahead and intermediate positions, the rubber feed scraper can be secured with a locking pin.
Construction
The RVSMM is constructed with a sturdy beam structure and a rubber strip mounted on a pendulum frame. This design allows the rubber to adapt to the ground surface and maintain good contact with the floor. This ensures uniform rubber wear and extends its lifespan.
The RVSMM comes with mounted rubber support feet, ensuring the frame remains stable and is always in the correct position for coupling. This eliminates the need for a separate support leg. As this model does not use hydraulics, there are no hydraulic hoses required, and there is no need to dismount for connecting the scraper. This makes the machine easy to use and low maintenance.
Application
The RVSMM is suitable for use with smaller vehicles such as a (mini) loader, skid steer loader, or forklift with a maximum width of about 1,600 mm and a maximum weight of about 2,000 kg.

Explanation of options:
VH: the feed scraper can be equipped with manually adjustable angles. These are adjustable up to 35 degrees relative to the beam and ensure that the feed remains better with the rubber and is controlled when moved in the driving direction.
VHV: this option reinforces the rubber in the corners, reducing wear and increasing the rubber's lifespan. Only possible in combination with adjustable angles.
BI: feeder insertion including corner profile to clamp the feed scraper with the top clamp of the feed box.
DHL: the removable hooks option allows the attachment parts to be easily removed from the machine, enabling other attachment parts to be mounted if needed.
RVSMBI: bucket insert including angle bar to clamp the feed pusher with the upper clamp of the bucket.
DVBB: the adjustable tube is mounted to the machine and allows the machine to be firmly clamped into a bucket with a cutting blade. This creates a stable attachment and prevents the machine from shifting or rotating during operation.
