Rubber feed scraper V-shape (RVSV)

The RVSV is a strong and stable rubber scraper, which can be used to push quickly and frequently. The feed slide is available with attachments or bucket connection. The RVSV is a rubber scraper in a V-shape; two U-beams are welded together in 70 degrees. Due to this large tilt, the feed can be properly transported towards the cows and it will not start to accumulate.

Description Specifications

The rubber feed scraper V-shape (RVSV) is a fixed version of the rubber feed scraper. Thanks to the V-shaped construction, the feed is automatically directed to both sides, allowing for quick and even operation without the feed piling up.

Construction
The RVSV is made up of two rubber strips positioned at an angle of approximately 70 degrees relative to each other. Due to this angled arrangement, the feed is immediately moved to the sides and towards the feeding barrier while driving.

The construction is completely fixed, without pivot points or cylinders. This ensures a simple and low-maintenance machine.

Operation
Since the RVSV does not require hydraulics or adjustments, it can be used directly without stepping off. This enables quick and efficient operation.

Application
The RVSV is available in various working widths, ranging from 1,600 mm to 2,800 mm.

For optimal performance, it is important that the feed scraper is wider than the vehicle, so the feed is effectively moved to the side of the vehicle. The recommendation is to choose a rubber feed scraper at least 400 mm wider than the vehicle.

The working width is determined by the distance between the two outermost points of the rubber strips.

Explanation of options:

RVSVBI: The bucket insert allows the machine to be directly scooped up by the vehicle bucket, without the use of additional attachments.

HK: The angle line ensures the machine can be sturdily clamped into the bucket using the top clamp. This prevents the machine from shifting or twisting during operation.
