The rear-mounted rubber feed pusher from Kemp is designed for efficiently pushing feed in the barn and is also suitable for scraping manure and mud. The machine ensures a smooth and neat operation, allowing for easy and controlled work. The rubber feed pusher is available in various configurations and is supplied as standard with a CAT. 2 connection.
Advantages
The RVSA can be hydraulically tilted up to 70 degrees to the left and right. This large swivel angle ensures the feed is effectively moved to the feed fence, preventing accumulation.
The RVSA is equipped with 2 cylinders, providing sufficient power during tilting and feed pushing.
Construction
The rear-mounted rubber feed pusher (RVSA) is built with a sturdy beam construction and a rubber strip mounted on a pendulum frame. This design allows the rubber to adapt to the ground surface while maintaining good contact with the floor. As a result, the rubber wears evenly and its lifespan is extended.
The RVSA is available with a rubber height of 400 mm or 500 mm. The 500 mm high rubber strip is equipped with multiple mounting holes, allowing it to be flipped or lowered when one side is worn out.
Application
The RVSA is suitable for use on the rear of the tractor and is supplied as standard with Cat. 2 mounting parts.
Additionally, the machine is also available with a forklift tine attachment or an A-frame hitch, depending on the application and the type of vehicle.
Version
The RVSA is available in working widths of 2,800 and 3,200 mm, allowing the machine to be adapted to the vehicle and application.
For more information and options, see the section: Specifications
The RVSA is available in different types. The table below displays the main differences per type.
| Types | Rubber width | Rubber height | Rubber thickness |
| RVSA2844 | 2,800 mm | 400 mm | 40 mm |
| RVSA2855 | 2,800 mm | 500 mm | 50 mm |
| RVSA3244 | 3,200 mm | 400 mm | 40 mm |
| RVSA3255 | 3,200 mm | 500 mm | 50 mm |
Additionally, the types can be expanded with options, depending on the type of vehicle.
| Options | Description | Suitable for types |
| VH | Adjustable angles manually operated |
|
| VHV | Rubber reinforcement in the corner (only with adjustable angles) |
|
| SV | Shock valve for collision protection |
|
Explanation of options:
VH: the feed pusher can be equipped with manually adjustable angles. These can be adjusted up to 35 degrees relative to the bar and ensure that the feed stays closer to the rubber and is moved in the driving direction in a controlled manner.
VHV: this option strengthens the rubber in the corners, reducing wear and extending the lifespan of the rubber. Only possible in combination with adjustable angles.
SV: the shock valve protects the feed pusher upon contact with obstacles. When the pusher collides with something, the valve ensures that the pressure in the hydraulic system is absorbed and transferred to the other cylinder. As a result, the pusher can move past the obstacle, and the risk of damage to the machine is significantly reduced.
