The rubber bucket scraper (RSVBL) from Kemp is designed for the efficient removal of leftover feed and the movement of manure, mud, and dirt. Thanks to the bucket insertion, the scraper can easily be picked up with a shovel or front loader bucket, ensuring quick, practical, and stable operation.
This version is suitable for medium-sized vehicles and applications where a larger working width is desired. This allows for more material to be transported.
The types RSVBL2844 and RSVBS3244 have a rubber height of 400 mm.
The types RSVBL2855 and RSVBL3255 have a rubber height of 500 mm. This rubber strip is equipped with multiple mounting holes, allowing it to be flipped or lowered when one side is worn out.
The corners of the fixed scrapers are placed at an angle of approximately 30 degrees, which ensures efficient clearing of material and prevents material from ending up beside the scraper.
For optimal operation, it is important that the scraper is wider than the bucket of the vehicle. It is recommended to choose a rubber bucket scraper that is at least 250 mm wider than the bucket.
The rubber bucket scraper is fully galvanized, making it resistant to moisture and corrosive conditions. This makes the machine suitable for intensive use in the barn and ensures a long lifespan.
