The hydraulic rubber manure scraper (RMSHV) from Kemp is designed for efficiently removing manure. Thanks to the hydraulic operation, the scraper can be easily controlled from the cab for precise and comfortable operation. Construction
The RMSHV features a robust box-section construction with a rubber blade mounted to it. This provides a strong and durable design suitable for daily use in livestock buildings.
The manure scraper is equipped with hydraulically adjustable ends, allowing the working width to be easily adapted to different barns and working conditions. The manure scraper comes standard with four hydraulic hoses.
The RMSHVS (light version) is equipped with a 400 mm high and 40 mm thick rubber blade.
The RMSHVL/XL (heavy version) is equipped with a 500 mm high and 50 mm thick rubber blade.
The 500 mm high rubber blade has multiple mounting holes, allowing it to be reversed or lowered when one side is worn. This extends the service life of the rubber.
Rubber reinforcements are fitted at the sides of the box section, reducing flex in the rubber and increasing resistance to loads during pushing.
The manure scraper is fully galvanised. The zinc coating protects the scraper against moisture, manure and other aggressive conditions, ensuring a long service life.
