Kemp's fixed scrapers are suitable for moving food residues, mud, manure, snow, recycling waste, chips and similar. The corners of the fixed sliders are placed in a 30 degree angle, this allows the dirt to be moved well. The fixed slides are completely galvanized. The zinc layer protects the slide well against the effects of weather and dirt.
Advantages
The Kemp rubber push scraper is designed for efficiently clearing leftover feed and moving manure, mud, and dirt. Thanks to the scoop insert, the scraper can easily be picked up with a shovel or loader bucket, ensuring quick, practical, and stable operation.
The machine consists of a sturdy beam construction with a rubber strip that is standard 400 mm high.
The corners of the fixed scrapers are positioned at an angle of approximately 30 degrees, allowing the material to be efficiently carried along.
For optimal operation, it is important that the scraper is wider than the vehicle bucket. The recommendation is to choose the rubber bucket scraper at least 250 mm wider than the bucket.
The rubber push scraper is fully galvanized and therefore highly resistant to moisture and corrosive conditions. This makes the machine suitable for intensive use in the barn and ensures a long lifespan.
