The Kemp fixed rubber scraper with extra capacity (RSVKD) is designed for efficiently moving and pushing larger quantities of material around yards and other areas. Thanks to the extra capacity, more material can be moved in each pass, allowing for faster and more efficient operation. The rubber blade has a robust construction, is available in several widths, and is suitable for use with a wheel loader, telehandler or tractor.

Construction
The RSVKD features a robust box-section frame with a rubber blade. In this version, the ends have a double angle of 2 × 25 degrees, positioning the rubber blade further forward in relation to the frame.
The rubber blade is equipped with a rubber support foot, ensuring that it remains stable and upright and can be easily attached to the vehicle.
The RSVKD is fully galvanised. The zinc coating protects the blade against the effects of weather and dirt, ensuring a long service life.
The RSVKD is available with a rubber height of either 400 mm or 500 mm, depending on the application. The 500 mm high rubber blade has multiple mounting holes, allowing it to be reversed or lowered when one side is worn.
The RSVKD is also available with either standard solid rubber or steel-reinforced rubber, depending on the load and application.
