The ditch debris rake from Kemp is developed for moving ditch debris. With the rake, the ditch debris can easily be pushed into a pile, after which it can be quickly loaded. The ditch debris rake is standardly delivered with CAT 2 on both sides of the ditch debris rake.
Advantages
Construction
The ditch debris rake is equipped with a robust box frame mounted at a wide pivot point. This pivot point is fitted with Teflon bushings and a continuous shaft. Due to this construction, the force on the pivot point is well-distributed, ensuring stable and durable operation while moving ditch debris and clippings.
Solid teeth are welded to the box frame. These teeth provide sufficient weight and grip, ensuring that the frame remains firmly on the ground during the movement of clippings, preventing the material from being left behind.
The rake can be folded and unfolded using a hydraulic cylinder. This cylinder is equipped with a nitrogen accumulator, a pressure relief valve, a pilot-operated check valve, and a flow control valve to ensure controlled folding and unfolding. For heavy or large amounts of clippings, additional pressure can be applied to the cylinder. The pressure relief limits this force, while the nitrogen accumulator acts as a safety mechanism when obstacles are encountered.
The ditch debris rake has a working width of 2,000 mm and can be locked in transport position, enabling safe transportation.
Implementation
The ditch debris rake (SVH) is suitable for use with a tractor and is standardly supplied with CAT 2 mounting components.
The CAT 2 mounting components are installed on both sides of the ditch debris rake, allowing the rake to be used at the front and rear, as well as on the left and right.
