Manure pre-cutter (MVS)

The manure shredder from Kemp is developed for finely cutting manure before it enters the slurry tank. Thanks to its special shape, the blades remain sharp at all times, ensuring a long lifespan. The manure shredder is available in a 6” version and can be equipped with a fine or coarse cutting plate.

Description

The pre-cutter is equipped with a bearing housing containing bearings and a seal so that the hydraulic motor is not damaged by the manure. Thanks to the special design, the blades always remain sharp, ensuring a long lifespan for the blades. Easy to open with a solid closure. The manure pre-cutter is supplied in a 6” version; you can choose between a fine or coarse cutting plate. Options: Control slide: This allows you to reverse the blades when dealing with large contaminants so that the contamination is cut through.
