The manure rake (MR) from Kemp has been developed for moving large quantities of manure. The use of two cylinders ensures the clamp is stable and limits shifting of the upper frame. The manure rake is available in multiple versions for various applications.
Advantages
Construction
With the manure fork (MR), large quantities of manure can be moved at once. By using two hydraulic cylinders, the manure clamp is stable, and skewing of the top frame is minimized. This ensures that the clamp remains straight and operates reliably, even under heavy loads.
The frame of the manure fork is designed with an open slatted frame. This open construction provides a clear view of the work, facilitating precise loading and unloading.
Versions
The manure fork is available in two different versions, namely a light version (MRL) and a heavy version (MRZ). The heavy version is reinforced at multiple points, making it suitable for moving larger quantities of material. The MRL is suitable for use with mini loaders, while the MRZ is suitable for use with loaders, tractors, and telehandlers.
The MRL is standardly equipped with interchangeable plates. For the MRZ, the mounting parts are welded to the manure fork.
See the specifications section for more information and the available options.
The MR is available in different types. The table below shows the differences per type.
