Description Specifications

Construction
The straw clamp (STK) is built with a sturdy structure featuring a high frame and multiple clamp hooks, allowing straw and hay bales to be safely picked up, stacked, and transported.

The clamp arms are equipped with multiple hooks that rotate into the bale during clamping. This firmly holds the bales and pulls them against the frame, ensuring stable transport and safe stacking.

The straw clamp is operated using one double-acting cylinder, which simultaneously opens and closes the clamp arms.

The straw clamp is equipped with 3 pieces of 45 mm conical weld-in bushings for mounting loader teeth. These teeth can also be stored in the frame when not in use. (see image)

Operation
The operation of the straw clamp is simple and efficient. The clamp arms are opened, after which the straw clamp is positioned against the bales. The clamp arms are then closed, rotating the hooks into the bales and pulling them firmly against the frame.

During transport, the bales remain stable against the frame. When the vehicle is tilted forward, the shape of the hooks ensures that the bales stay firmly clamped. During clamping or release, the bales cannot shift.
