The heavy-duty round bale clamp (BKROZ) features a heavy-duty construction with clamping arms shaped to the radius of the bale. This allows the bale to be clamped over its full surface and helps prevent damage to the film.
The BKROZ is suitable for tractors, wheel loaders and telehandlers.
The clamping arms are made from strong steel with a wall thickness of 7.1 mm, providing a robust construction suitable for intensive use.
The clamping arms are operated by two cylinders, with the clamping section able to move in relation to the arm. This allows the clamping arms to move freely when no hydraulic pressure is present, making it easy to pick up and place bales.
The heavy-duty round bale clamp comes standard with a pilot-operated check valve, ensuring that the bale remains securely in position during transport.
The heavy-duty round bale clamp has a clamping range of approximately 700 to 1,900 mm and a maximum opening of approximately 2,250 mm. Thanks to this large clamping range, the clamp can handle both small and large bales up to approximately Ø1,800 mm.
The bale clamp is suitable for bales weighing up to approximately 2,200 kg.
The single version of the heavy-duty round bale clamp has an empty weight of approximately 560 kg.
The heavy-duty round bale clamp is also available in a double version (BKROZD). This version is equipped with an additional centre arm, allowing two bales to be picked up and moved simultaneously. The double version uses sliding box sections with plastic guides and movable clamping arms, allowing both sides to move independently during clamping.
The double version has an empty weight of approximately 925 kg.

The heavy-duty round bale clamp (BKROZ) is available in two versions. The bale clamp comes standard with hoses, a pilot-operated check valve and a male coupling.
It can also be equipped with attachment hooks suitable for the vehicle.
