The light bale clamp (BK) from Kemp is designed for lifting and moving bales. Thanks to its lightweight construction, the clamp is highly suitable for mini wheel loaders, light tractors and skid steer loaders, while the strong clamp arms provide a firm grip on the bale. The bale clamp has a robust construction, is available with various attachment hooks and is suitable for daily use.

Construction
The light bale clamp (BK) features a robust construction with clamping arms and four sliding box sections made from 8 mm thick steel, ensuring stable and reliable operation. The use of four sliding box sections allows the clamping arms to be kept narrow, making it easier to pick up and place bales from a stack.
The clamping tubes are bent from a single 60 × 6.3 mm tube, eliminating weak points in the construction. The clamping arms have a height of 360 mm and a working length of 1,120 mm.
The cylinders have dimensions of 30 × 50 × 700 mm, providing sufficient clamping force when handling bales.
The sliding box sections are fully galvanised. The zinc coating protects the machine against corrosion, weather and dirt, ensuring a long service life.
The BK2100 weighs 210 kg.
Versions
The bale clamp comes standard with hoses and a male coupling. It is also supplied as standard with attachment hooks suitable for your vehicle.

Explanation of options:
GT: The check valve ensures that the bale clamp stays in position for vehicles with an open neutral position by blocking the oil flow.
OV: At an operating pressure above 225 bar, an overpressure valve must be installed to prevent overloading of the cylinder and the construction. The overpressure valve ensures that when the pressure becomes too high, oil is automatically released, preventing damage to the bale clamp or hydraulic system.
DHL:Â With this option, the bale clamp is equipped with interchangeable plates. This allows attachments to be easily mounted on the bale clamp and, if necessary, quickly swapped.
