The bale clamp with large clamping range (BKGK) from Kemp is designed for lifting and moving bales. With a clamping range of 700 to 2,700 mm, the clamp is suitable for small bales, large hay or straw bales and bale bundles. Construction
The bale clamp with large clamping range (BKGK) features a robust construction with clamping arms and four sliding box sections made from 8 mm thick steel, ensuring stable and reliable operation. The use of four sliding box sections distributes the clamping force over the full height of the clamp. This allows the clamping arms to be kept narrow, making it easier to pick up and place bales from a stack.
The clamping arms are bent from a single 76 × 6.3 mm tube, preventing weak points in the tube. The working length of the clamping arms is 1,120 mm.
Plastic guides are fitted inside the sliding box sections. This reduces wear and makes the bale clamp low-maintenance in use.
The painted parts of the bale clamp are finished with a durable coating, providing good protection against wear and external influences.
The bale clamp with large clamping range has an empty weight of approximately 420 kg.

The bale clamp comes standard with hoses and a male coupling. It is also equipped with attachment hooks suitable for your vehicle.

Option explanations:
BLB: This option extends the clamp brackets to 2 meters, allowing multiple bales to be picked up and moved simultaneously.
BVB: This option makes the extension brackets detachable. This allows the extension brackets to be easily removed when they are not needed.
BDMB: This option equips the bale clamp with a detachable center bracket. This enables smaller bales to be picked up and transported more efficiently by clamping both to the left and right of the center bracket.
GT: The check valve ensures that the slide remains in position in vehicles with an open intermediate position by blocking the oil flow.
GL: The synchronization valve ensures that both clamp arms move simultaneously, allowing the bale to be clamped straight and stably, and the load to be distributed evenly.
REK: With a detachable rack, two bales can be transported simultaneously. The upper bale leans against the rack, allowing it to be transported stably.
DHZ: With this option, the machine is equipped with interchangeable plates. This allows attachments to be easily mounted on the machine and, if necessary, quickly swapped.
