The deep litter rake is designed to push the top of litter under the box in the bedding of the cow. Hereby the lounge is smooth and softer, and the litter dries better thus reducing the risk of diseases. To scrape the litter back in the lounge, topping up is less needed to still keep sufficient litter in the box, resulting in a litter savings. The deep litter rake is designed to work with a wheel loader and scrape litter as solid fraction, compost, chopped straw or sand surfaces in a floating box. The deep litter rake is usable to the left and the right side with one double-acting control valve, the rake is locked in the folded position and in working position and can be used pushing and pulling. Tilting is the tipping function of the wheel loader. While moving, the rake can be adjusted in height and the rake continues to follow the ground.
